HALLOWEEN is near, and I wanted to try out my first Halloween makeup tutorial. This is actually a very easy half CLOWN half GLAM look to achieve. I know with the thousands of makeup tutorials for halloween out there, I hope some of you beginners can find some inspiration! I really enjoyed this tutorial and I hope you all do to!
